Creating A New Story

The HI-TEC Go Bluetooth® wearable device is an activity & sleep tracker and a smart watch in one! Lightweight and stylish, the HI-TEC Go is our mid range Bluetooth® wearable wrist band which enables you to track, monitor and achieve your set goals.

1. When will I receive my delivery?
In the shopping cart you would have been given the option to select
• Next Day Delivery or
• B) Next Day Delivery.

The following policies for these delivery types are below:
A) Next Day Delivery:
Next Day Delivery is estimated to be delivered to you the next working day after your order. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Our team process orders Monday to Friday so should your order be placed Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday your order will not be processed until the following Monday.
Our system calculates an estimated delivery date and this considers order processing, collection from courier and delivery to the order address.
When selecting Next Day Delivery please consider the following:
• Order Processing: We only process orders on working days, Monday to Friday at Midday. Should your order be placed after the processing time it is unlikely you will receive it next day.
• Collection Time: Our courier collects parcels from us every weekday, Monday to Friday (Excluding bank holidays)
• Transit Time: Our courier delivers weekdays (subject to change over bank holidays).

B) Standard Delivery:
Standard Delivery is estimated to be delivered to you in 3 – 5 working days. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Our team process orders Monday to Friday and upon order our system calculates an estimated delivery date and this considers order processing, collection from courier and delivery to the order address.
When selecting Standard Delivery please consider the following:
• Order Processing: We only process orders on working days, Monday to Friday at Midday.
• Collection Time: Our courier collects parcels from us every weekday, Monday to Friday (Excluding bank holidays)
• Transit Time: Our courier delivers weekdays (subject to change over bank holidays)

2) When will I receive my delivery:
If you selected Next Day Delivery, we aim to deliver your order the next working day.
If you selected Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver your order in the next 3 – 5 working days.
Please note that this is not guaranteed.

3) How many attempts will be made to deliver?
We will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. After a third failed attempt, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and you would be issued a credit for your merchandise only. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.

4) What am I responsible for upon delivery?
Examine your order upon delivery and ensure that there are no visible signs of damage. In the event that the parcel is damaged and there is missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery.

5) Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order?
We can make changes to your delivery address after you place your order however this will depend on an order by order basis. Please note that the sooner you notify us that you wish you change your delivery address the more likely we will be able to alter the order but we cannot guarantee that any delivery address can be changed due to order processing.

You will require the following information to change your delivery address:
Full Name
Email Address used to place order
Order number
Current Delivery Address
Please note that our courier will contact you regarding delivery and will give you the option to change delivery date, request delivery to a neighbour and request delivery to a safe place. This is an agreement between you and the courier and should you instruct any change to your delivery, you will become responsible for this.

RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to refund or exchange your goods based on the criteria below

1. If you have changed your mind regarding the purchase you need to place the Refund/Exchange request within 30 days from when the item was received.
2. The goods need to be complete and undamaged and with the original packaging.
3. The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by us.

Or:

1. If your item is defective/broken/faulty and under warranty and is returned in 30 days we will refund the P&P costs.
